Sponsored Evening Symposium - Wednesday 13th May 2026

 

There is likely to be an evening sponsored symposium on Wednesday 13th May at the conference venue. Attendance is free of charge for delegates and includes a 3-course dinner and accommodation on the evening of the 13th May. Delegates MUST attend the symposium and dinner to qualify for free accommodation.

ARNS Events Data Protection

Please read the following before continuing - our Privacy Policy details how we will use your data in relation to ARNS Conference. 

Executive Business Support Ltd are the event organisers and act on behalf of ARNS as data processors. When you book one of our conferences or submit an abstract, we collect personal information about you such as name, address, email, phone, membership status, dietary or special access requests, accommodation booking details, credit card information and any other information required.

Delegates

We may share information with third parties such as the venue for dietary or special access requirements, the hotel for rooming requirements, a limited delegate list that includes your name, job title and affiliation, with exhibitors or your finance department for invoicing.  If required, we will also share your attendance signature with the relevant CPD authority.

Exhibition

The conference includes an exhibition for all healthcare professionals who are attending the conference.
Exhibitors will be able to scan your delegate badge, if you consent, to retrieve your contact details and share information with you post event. You will be able to select your contact preferences when you first sign into the app.

Speakers

Information such as your name, job title, organisation, photo and biography may be shared publicly on the website and social media, and to delegates within the programme. Personal information as well as your presentation may also be shared with our AV company and available after the conference for registered delegates.

Where you provide us with personal information about someone else

If you provide us with someone else’s personal information by registering them as a delegate or include co-authors in your abstract, you should only do so if you have their authority or consent to do so. You should also take reasonable steps to inform them of the information set out in the above privacy policies.

Conference App & Programme 

A list of all registered attendees may be added to the Conference App and programme which is available only to registered attendees and exhibitors. As requested by past participants, this includes your name and organisation and does not include contact information. Your name and organisation will also appear on your name badge.

Conference App - Contact Exchange

The Conference App has the facility to exchange contact details with fellow attendees by scanning a QR or bar code. Please be advised that these details include your name, organisation and email address that you register with.

Photographs

Photographs may be taken during sessions, break times, exhibition and social events which may be shared on our website and social media.  If you wish to be excluded from photographs please contact us prior to the conference start date.

Communication

We will communicate with you via email, phone or post which may include event and booking details. Third parties may also contact you with conference related promotions.

Future Marketing

We would like to contact you in the future with information about similar ARNS events and activities. You can unsubscribe from these at any time. Please indicate below whether or not you consent to receiving this information.

ARNS Conference Dinner

The ARNS Conference dinner is taking place at the conference venue on 14th May 2026.

The dinner is included in your package, however to help us with final numbers please indicate below if you will be attending.

Accommodation will be booked for you at the conference venue - DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln

 

Please select 14th May as the check-in date and 15th May as your check-out date. Then select "Search" and then "Book" to confirm your room.

 

There is likely to be an evening symposium on the evening of 13th May, which includes dinner and accommodation. If you are book onto this, we will add accommodation for the night of the 13th to your booking. Further information on the symposium will be sent to you, once confirmed.

Other Activities

On the morning of Friday 15th May, ARNS would like to give you the opportunity to join in a wellbeing session. Both will take place at the conference venue.

 

Singing Session

08:00 - 08:30

A singing wellbeing session is a relaxed, inclusive group activity that uses singing and gentle vocal exercises to support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Participants are guided through breathing, warm-ups, and simple songs in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, with no musical experience required.

 

Laughing wellbeing session

08:00 - 08:30

 

A laughing wellbeing session is a light-hearted, inclusive group activity that uses guided laughter exercises, playful movement, and breathing techniques to promote emotional and physical wellbeing. In a safe, supportive environment, participants are encouraged to let go of stress, boost mood, and increase energy through intentional laughter and relaxation practices. No experience is needed, and the focus is on joy, connection, and the positive health benefits of laughter.

Terms and Conditions
In order to confirm your place at this event please read the following statement and confirm that you are in agreement. Payment terms: Payment terms are strictly 30 days’ net from date of invoice. Invoices not paid within 30-day net will incur an 8.5% charge. If booking within 30 days of the event payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event start date. If within this 3-week timescale, payment must be made at time of registration. Invoice requests: If you have selected to pay by invoice then you MUST provide a purchase order number. Delegates attending the conference who have not paid or where a purchase order number has not been issued, will not be admitted to the conference. If you do not send through the correct invoicing details then you will personally be responsible for any outstanding payment. Cancellations: 25% cancellation charge applies if cancelled before/on 15th April 2026. Cancellations received after 15th April 2026 will be charged the full amount. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time. Notification of cancellations or substitutions must be sent in writing to the ARNS Event Managers on info@arns.co.uk. If your Trust, employer or third party are listed as responsible for payment of your registration fee, if payment is not received, the delegate will be held directly liable for the fee directly. Disclaimer: The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.
