The ASPiH Annual Conference, Transformative Simulation will take place on 4th - 5th November 2024, with pre-conference workshops taking place on Sunday 3rd November at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

ASPiH Pre-conference Workshops
This year, ASPiH are delighted to offer a series of pre-conference workshops.
The first workshop will take place virtually online on Friday 1st November from 1430-1900 GMT.

Virtual Access
ASPiH are delighted to be able to offer live virtual attendance of the main lecture theatre, to overseas delegates only. Sessions held in breakout rooms, including workshops and poster presentations will not be broadcast.
Virtual attendance is split into three registration categories: High, Medium and Low-income countries.

Refund Policy and Cancellations:
Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to events@aspih.org.uk Cancellations received by 5th October 2024 will have received a refund minus 20% for administration costs. For cancellations received after this date there will be no refund and if payment has not been received delegates will still be liable for the full delegate fee, this will also apply to delegates registered after 5th October 2024.
Substitute delegates are welcome at any time.
