Thank you for taking the time to purchase Gala Dinner tickets for the upcoming BSHAA Conference 2022:

 

Below are a few things to keep in mind before continuing with your purchase of Gala Dinner tickets:

 

BSHAA Gala Dinner:

We would like to invite you to the Gala Dinner on the evening of the 17th September. More details to follow, but it will be an evening of food, drinks, music and dancing in a way we have not been able to do for so long. (Smart evening dress code)

 

This portal is for purchasing additional Gala Dinner tickets separately to your conference registration. Additional tickets are priced at £65 per ticket.

 

If you have already registered for the Conference and indicated you wish to attend the Gala Dinner, your ticket will be included in your original registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made until Friday 22nd July 2022 and a FULL REFUND will be issued. Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing to the BSHAA Event Managers (conference@bshaa.org). Cancellations will not be accepted after this date and NO REFUNDS will be made after this date. Exceptional circumstances for cancellation may be considered after 22nd July and the final decision will be made by the BSHAA Executive Committee. Delegate substitutions can be made at any time.
