1. Payment terms are strictly 30 days’ net from date of invoice. If booking within 30 days of the event payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the event start date. If within this 3-week timescale, payment must be made at time of registration. 2. It is your responsibility to make sure that your finance department (if applicable) processes the invoice in time. Registration requesting payment by invoice will only be processed if a purchase order is entered on the payment request page. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice issue date. If paying by BACS please send a copy of the BACS payment advice note to events@fmlm.ac.uk 3. Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to events@fmlm.ac.uk. Cancellations received by 29th January 2026 will have received a refund minus 20% for administration costs. For cancellations received after this date there will be no refund and if payment has not been received delegates will still be liable for the full delegate fee, this will also apply to delegates registered after 29th January 2026. 4. In the event that the conference is cancelled or postponed, delegates will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled date. FMLM accepts no liability for travel, accommodation, or other associated costs. 5. FMLM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, public health emergencies, or governmental restrictions. 6. Refunds cannot be issues if a registered delegate is unable to attend the conference for any reason. 7. Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR, and the organiser’s privacy policy. 8. Photographs, audio, and video recordings may be taken during the conference for promotional and reporting purposes. By registering, delegates consent to the use of such material unless they notify FMLM in writing in advance. 9. FMLM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring during or in connection with the conference, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 10. The conference organiser reserves the right to make changes to the conference programme and speakers without prior notice.
